Charcuterie
Terrines, caillettes (minced meat mixed with cabbage or chard then cooked in a cloth), boar’s head charcuterie, Mère Brazier-style homemade pâtés en croûte by the slice. In short, the very essence of the craft made every morning by our charcutier chefs. Looking for something different? Dairy produce
Soft, hard, baked or pressed, finely-aged and matured. Here, you’ll find cheeses from every corner of France, from Bresse to Normandy, with a particular focus on the Lyon and Dauphiné regions, thanks to the raw milk delicacies of renowned cheesemonger, La Mère Richard.

Bakery
Organic sourdough bread from 100% local flours. Made every day by the bakers at our delicatessen in Vaise, Lyon 9th, our breads tick all the boxes for taste and authenticity, with boules for sharing alongside traditional, seedy and wholemeal baguettes.
