Serving mankind and the earth
To reduce our environmental impact, we favour local produce, short supply chains and organic, seasonal ingredients. We limit over-packaging and are continually reviewing our use of plastic. Concrete actions for the earth, but also a commitment to the men and women who make up our teams, whom we support through training, mentoring, understanding and attention.
Growing together, making each day an opportunity to give our best and seeing ourselves as transmitters of emotion, just as Mère Brazier did in her day, this is what drives us.
